Capture Social Engagement
Turn post authors, likes and comments into enriched prospects.
- Capture social engagement from SignalsA Signal collects posts. From each post, you can choose to save people as enriched contacts — the post author, people who reacted (liked), and people who commented. Understanding this flow is the key to getting the most value from your Signals while keeping credit costs under control.
- Capture authors from posts discoveredWhen your Signal discovers posts from people you don't already know, you can automatically save and enrich those authors as contacts. Filters let you make sure you're only spending credits on the right people.
- Capture reactions (likes) from postsWhen someone likes a post your Signal is monitoring, that's a strong intent signal. This block lets you capture those people as enriched contacts — with filters to ensure you're only spending credits on the ones that matter.
- Capture comments from postsPeople who take the time to comment on a post are showing higher intent than people who just liked it. This block lets you capture those commenters as enriched contacts — with filters to make sure you're only enriching the right ones.
- Filtering who gets enriched — job title and employee filtersThe job title filter and employee filter are pre-enrichment gates. They run before any credits are spent on enrichment, meaning you only pay -2 credits for people who actually match your criteria. For high-volume Signals, these filters can reduce enrichment costs by 10x or more.
- Finding emails and mobile numbers for enriched contactsOnce a contact has been enriched, you can automatically find and verify their email address and mobile number. This runs after enrichment and costs additional credits — but only when a valid result is found.
- Add enriched contacts to listOnce contacts are enriched from a Signal, you can automatically add them to a named List. This keeps your contacts organised by source and makes it easy to act on them in bulk.
