The Contacts manager — an overviewThe Contacts manager is your centralised database of every person enriched from your Signals. It brings together contacts from across all your Signals into one searchable, filterable, and actionable view.
Understanding a contact recordEach contact in your account has a full profile sheet — a single view of everything the platform knows about that person, including their enriched data, every Signal they've appeared in, and every action they've taken across your monitoring.

Using tags to organise contactsTags are labels you assign to contacts to categorise, segment, and filter them. They're flexible by design — you can use them however makes sense for your workflow.
Taking bulk actions on contactsSelect any number of contacts and act on all of them at once — add to lists, apply tags, find emails, push to integrations, run AI Agents, or delete. Bulk actions work on up to 1,000 contacts at a time - and 150 at a time for Integration push requests.
Pushing contacts to CRM and outreach toolsOnce contacts are enriched, you can push them to any connected CRM or outreach platform directly from the Contacts manager. This works on selected contacts in bulk — up to 1,000 at a time.
Exporting contacts to a spreadsheetExport any selection of contacts — or your entire filtered contact list — to a CSV file. You choose exactly which fields to include from the full set of 65+ enrichment fields.
